Life Style / Wine Grapes / Schoenburger: (a.k.a Sch?enburger or Schonburger). Has synonym names of Rosa Muskat and Geisenheim 15-114. Is claimed to be derived from a cross of Sp?tburgunder x (Chasselas Rose RS x Muscat Hamburg). The variety was released in 1979. Cultivation of this variety is much simplified due to good behaviour at flowering and ready adaptability to soil conditions. Normally used to create a full, fruity white wine in cool climate regions such as England and Germany.
