Life Style / Wine Grapes / Grk: Grown extensively in Croatia (former Yugoslavia), this low-yielding female V.vinifera variety is reported to produce medium-large, very dense clusters of variable sized berries with freckled pale-green to yellow skins. Preferring sandy soil it has average resistance to disease. Ripens 10-15 days before Plavac Mali, the commonly used pollinator. The fruit is used to create dry and sweet aromatic white wines usually drunk young. No other details as yet.
