Life Style / Wine Grapes / Räuschling: Ancient minor grape still sparsely grown in the Alsace region of France. Used occasionally in the 'Vin d'Alsace' generic white wine blends along with other wines made from the Knipperle, Chasselas, and M?ller-Thurgau grapes. Also grown within the environs of Zurich canton, Switzerland and used to produce a discreetly fruity, elegantly acidic white varietal wine.
